High Intensity Hotel Workout
- Perform each movement suggested in the group, followed by the next.
- After performing all the movements in all three groups, rest briefly (60-90 seconds). Repeat (up to four times total).
Push up Matrix
- All push ups begin on hands and toes, no bent knees (except Dive Bomber push ups)
- Engage core (squeeze abs)
- Exhale and push up until shoulders round
- *Note: If doing the push ups 5 times each is too challenging, do three or four reps; or try it from your knees.
