Personal Training with Rory
Personal training is ideal for clients with specific fitness goals or those who prefer individualized attention over group settings. Every month unique and creative workout programs will be custom designed for you to keep you inspired and motivated throughout. The workouts have built in progressions so you will notice your strength and flexibility improve each session. We have experience working with a wide-range of clients including weight loss, strength and endurance, pre and post-natal, senior fitness, stress-relief, injury rehabilitation, and sports-specific needs (basketball, lacrosse).
- We believe personal training should be accessible to everyone so we've created different pricing options for your budget.
- You can choose to train one to four times per week -- most clients choose to train two to three times per week so they can achieve noticeable results by the end of the month. Prices are on a sliding scale so the more often you train, the lower the session price. **Packages expire 30 days after first use**
- We want you to stay committed to your goal so we only sell monthly packages that expire after 30 days. It helps to keep you accountable,and reach your goals. How often have you bought a 10-session package that never expires...and also never gets used?
- Single session = $95
- 1 time per week = $360 monthly
- 2 times per week = $680 monthly
- 3 times per week = $960 monthly
- 4 times per week = $1,200 monthly
