Rory, Owner of YuBalance:
Rory is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. He specializes in corrective exercise, women's fitness, weight loss, myofascial release, Pilates, sports nutrition, behavior change and group fitness. He is well versed in bio-mechanics, exercise physiology, flexibility, nutrition, exercise science and myofascial release. His expertise gives him the ability to work with a variety of clients ranging from seasoned athletes to weights loss, prenatal and/or injury recovery.
Joshua, Personal Trainer:
Joshua (from Germany) has always been passionate about living an active and balanced lifestyle. His fun and motivational coaching style helps clients enjoy the process of getting in great shape and staying there. He incorporates a variety of training techniques drawn from TRX, Cross Training, Functional Training, Basketball, Soccer and Hip Hop. Joshua loves getting to know each client to help them achieve their goals with lasting results.
