RORY COX, Owner and lead Trainer
In addition to being a certified Personal Trainer, Rory holds NASM specializes in Behavior Change, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, Pre/Post Natal Fitness, Sports Nutrition and Myofascial Release. He is well versed in bio-mechanics, exercise physiology, flexibility, nutrition and exercise science. Rory's expertise gives him the ability to work with a variety of clients ranging from seasoned athletes to weights loss, prenatal and/or injury recovery.
Juliann, CERTIFIED BY NFPT
Using her fitness experience combine with her professional dance education, Juliann helps clients sculpt their bodies while offering cues on form. Before working at YuBalance, Juliann gained her expertise working at Equinox and Pure Barre. "There is nothing like the experience of working closely with an individual and seeing their "ah ha" moment!"
JOSHUA, CERTIFIED BY NASM
Incorporating a variety of training techniques drawn from TRX, Cross Training, Functional Training, Basketball and Soccer, Joshua works with a wide variety of clients to help them achieve optimal fitness. He loves getting to know each client and helping them achieve their goals with lasting results.
