Meet Our Trainers
Rory, Owner and Lead Trainer:
Rory has trained over 1,000 clients in San Francisco since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2011. He is well versed in bio-mechanics, exercise physiology, flexibility, nutrition, exercise science and myofascial release. He holds specialized certifications giving him the ability to work with a variety of clients ranging from seasoned athletes to weights loss, prenatal and/or injury recovery. In addition to owning YuBalance and spending time with his son, Rory strength trains 2-3 times per week, regularly plays basketball, bikes and walks around SF.
Joshua, Trainer from Germany:
Joshua has always been passionate about living an active and balanced lifestyle. His fun and motivational coaching style helps clients enjoy the process of getting in great shape and staying there. He incorporates a variety of training techniques drawn from TRX, Cross Training, Functional Training, Basketball, Soccer and Hip Hop. Joshua loves getting to know each client to help them achieve their goals with lasting results.
Alisha, Personal Trainer:
Alisha's fitness philosophy is working out for fun, stress relief and body confidence. Alisha also has a passion for holistic health and learning how to heal physical and mental ailments through fitness and nutrition. She has been active her whole life as a cheerleader, runner and skier.
