Rory, Owner/Lead Trainer
Rory has trained over 1,000 clients. He is well versed in biomechanics, exercise physiology, flexibility, nutrition, exercise science and myofascial release.
Edwin, Personal Trainer
Edwin grew up in the Mission, and has been a Personal Trainer for 10 years. He specializes in holistic health and martial arts. He also enjoys comics and gaming.
Alisha, Group Instructor
Alisha is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and YuBalance maven. She was inspired to become a Personal Trainer after taking 200 of Rory's classes. Expected July 2016.
