Rory has trained over 1,000 clients in San Francisco. He is well versed in biomechanics, exercise physiology, flexibility, nutrition, exercise science and myofascial release. He is certified in Corrective Exercise, Mysofascial Release, Women's Fitness, Weight Loss, Behavioral Change, Sports Nutrition and Pilates.

Alisha's fitness philosophy is working out for fun, stress relief and body confidence. Alisha also has a passion for holistic health and learning how to heal physical and mental ailments through fitness and nutrition. She was one of the early adopters at YuBalance and became an instant devotee, clocking more than 250 hours so far.
