Perform each exercise 10x per side, repeat for 3 rounds using a pair of light weights.

10 Push-Ups

20 Alternating Crunches

20 Crunch Punches

20 Plank Knee-Ins

20 Elbow Plank Push-Ups

10 Burpees

20 Bicycle Crunches

Tips for Success

  • This workout might be challenging initially, and that’s okay. Begin with light weights that challenge you but allows for proper form. Modify as needed, and feel free to drop to one or no weights at all.
  • Keep your core engaged throughout the entire workout. This not only maximizes the effectiveness of each exercise but also helps protect your lower back.
