Whether it’s one person at a time in a 30 minute personal training session, or pushing your limits with nine of your neighbors in a YuSweat Class; our goal as fitness professionals is to help each of you foster and improve three key aspects of being overall healthier.

CONFIDENCE – Everytime you attempt a pushup. curl a dumbbell, or do a squat you’re proving to yourself that you can overcome an obstacle. You’re literally engraining in your body the ability to face and conquer challenges. Throw in a firmer butt, stronger core, better posture and voila – more confidence!

STRENGTH – Use it or lose it! One of the harsh realities of getting older is muscle loss, or atrophy. The good news is, every time you strength train your body that effort keeps your muscles strong and more resilient to the effects of aging. An added bonus, the more muscle your body has the more calories and fat you’ll naturally burn!

COMMUNITY – Perhaps one of the most overlooked, but most important things we offer at Yubalance is our community. From our friendly trainers to the person standing next to you in class. We all want the same things. We want to be healthy. happy, and strong. What’s more motivating than knowing the neighborhood you live in is full of amazing people all valuing and working towards the same goals!
